It provides a central location for all required documentation with proof of version control and all approvals as well as all artifacts for compliance. Wealth of templates for new businesses made getting our certification frictionless. Our consultant was a master at getting us compliant with the standards and well prepared us for a smooth external audit.
Kate understands the standards and is able to ensure we comply with the standards. She walked through all of our processes and clearly had an understanding since this was her second year auditing us. That is extremely beneficial. She was even more effective and efficient than last year and was able to dive a bit more into the development details, which is the majority of our business.
