Yarelis was very nice though out the audit and patient while we tried to locate some misplaced record. Seemed highly knowledgeable on the standard.

Brian Smatko has been really helpul regarding the bells and whistles of the ISO 9001. The CORE Platform has been helpful regarding the pre-filled documents that match the ISO 9001 requirements. For the Internal Audit, Brian Smith has been able to catch really quickly the way our company was working and has been able to advise where to adapt on the substance and on the form. I also personaly think that their past experiences in the production industry/military greatly helped to ease working together.
