The materials are very understandable by people new to iso 9001, very complete, and made it possible to complete ahead of schedule. Kate Behr was a wonderful consultant. Patient, extremely knowledgeable, and made herself available to our questions. I would highly recommend the combination of Core and Kate to anyone.
