We had a very good experience with Core business Solutions in our annual internal audit for ISO 9001 compliance. Our auditor was very pleasant and friendly but also business like and professional in her approach. She was efficient and had a sound plan for the audit. The overall process was smooth on the day and everything was well summarized at the end of the audit. Tracey was Awesome. Many times, an auditor will "feel" like they are running rough shot over you, not with Tracey. Tracey was very professional, and she constantly gave us the information and the understanding/explanation of why we needed to address or not address a particular issue.
