Murphy and the entire CORE Team have never disappointed...always available for consultations and requests for help, and extremely pleasant to work with. One request I made that I was advised was not possible when requested was related to trying to get an ad hoc report that would show us the titles we have on our Controlled Documents and the names of the files that represent our current versions of the files. The internal audit was well managed and done in a very professional way. We learned a great deal about how we needed to proceed in our contiguous improvement journey. Right from the start Kevin was extremely helpful and not at all pushy. He gave us the facts and let us make a decision. Once we signed up, Kaitlin was a fantastic rep. I could tell she knew what she was doing in our first meeting! Fantastic service and knowledge! She was always willing and able to answer all of my questions promptly. Her guidance is the only reason we were able to get ISO certification.
