Right from the start Kevin was extremely helpful and not at all pushy. He gave us the facts and let us make a decision. Once we signed up, Kaitlin was a fantastic rep. I could tell she knew what she was doing in our first meeting! Fantastic service and knowledge! She was always willing and able to answer all of my questions promptly. Her guidance is the only reason we were able to get ISO certification.
Kate was very helpful and thorough with our internal audit. We would be happy to work with her again!

Professional, knowledgeable and respectful of time.
Kate Behr was truly outstanding throughout the whole process. Midway through we changed the lead on our end and she didn't miss a beat and quickly got the new lead up to speed. We were very well prepped for the internal audit and the external audit. She is not only knowledgeable about the topic, but such a pleasant and positive spirit to work with. What a great representative she is for Core! I'll miss our weekly meetings with Kate.
