This was the second year that Tracey conducted the Internal Audit. She was thorough and fair with her questions, comments, assessment, and recommendations. She has contributed to our company's ongoing improvement of our Quality Management System.

We had a well-run pre-audit. He took time to understand our business and listen before offering suggestions. We got the sense that he looked hard for OFI's so that we would be well prepared for our audit. Not our first time with Kyle. Won't be our last.
