The Internal Audit process was well structured. Emily did a fantastic job of walking through the sections and providing good insight into opportunities to improve.
This was my first audit experience as ISO9001 MRep and the auditor did a great job of explaining the process and walking us through each stage. We had relatively minor technical issues for the virtual audit and the auditor was patient with us during troubleshooting.
Pat was great. He answered all of our questions throughout the process, supported us throughout the audit, and provided great insights and recommendations to ensure we achieved our certification.
