Obtaining ISO certification can be very complicated and difficult. Core Business solutions made the process attainable for us. Our consultant, Kaitlin, was exceptionally knowledgeable of the requirements and guided us every step of the way. With her help, we were able to achieve our goal within the scheduled time frame. The process was seamless. We had enough advanced notice to ensure team scheduling was considered. When necessary breaks outside of the planned windows were needed, they were accommodated.
