Tracey was extremely organized, which is crucial when auditing to ISO 27001. She was also well-prepared, having reviewed documents in advance. As a result, she kept the audit moving. She was well-versed in ISO 27001 and was able to explain it to us and determine what applied to us and our business model. She was straight forward and no-nonsense.
