We recently held our Internal Audit, conducted by Emily Smith, and the process was very streamlined using the CORE platform. We were able to address any issues and worked through the material fairly quickly. Using the Teams video environment was also helpful in providing both live documents and also through screen-share to check off the various document verification process. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the Core Business Solutions platform and personnel.

Auditor was Patrick Gagner. Received the audit schedule in plenty of time to arrange for interviews. Patrick offered a number of good suggestions for improvement. There were no complaints from participants about the audit process or unprofessional behavior. Patrick listened to our explanations of evidence, and I was comfortable discussing our short comings and asking questions. Working with Core Business Solutions was a great experience. The service and platform offered makes understanding the ISO 9001 certification process simple and digestible. The step by step structure helps to cover all needs throughout the entire process. I would recommend Core to any organization looking to gain certification.

This is the second year Brenden has conducted our Internal Audit. It is an absolute pleasure working with him! Everything he does is completely explained in terms that are easily understood. He is very knowledgeable in ISO9001:2015, and uses the time with the customer as a teaching moment. Brenden conducted himself professionally at all times and is an excellent ambassador for Core. Pat was fantastic to work with! Very helpful in providing answers to questions, templates, advice, etc. Was able to teach me (someone with zero experience with ISO) how 9001 and 27001 works in relatively short order. Would love to work with him in the future.
