Our consultant, Norman Verbeck, was outstanding in his knowledge of ISO and in working with professional services companies like ours. He was very responsive and effective in answering all of our questions and made the entire process seamless from our beginning phase through to our eventual certification. Our internal auditor, Brenden Lowery did a thorough and professional job throughout the process, fully preparing our management team for our registrar audits.
