We elected to use 'the CORE solution' as our consultant and document control system for a number of reasons. They have a track record of success, friendly and considerate staff and the system works. Our Consultant was really knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. He kept us on tract and was only a phone call away. The Core database of procedures was really handy as we combined our process with the Core procedures to develop our procedures. In many cases the Core forms provided us with a good baseline to create our own forms.

Thanks to our Core Business Solutions' consultant, Penny, and NQA, our Registrar, we were able to achieve our ISO 9001 certification under high time pressure. Our consultant was able to rapidly understand our organization, guide us through the process, help us in developing core procedures and in identifying needed documentation, and preparing us for our audit. We met an aggressive timeline and are now certified.
