Overall the results were successful. I believe that there were a few bumps in the road due to a lack of understanding of what we would be asked vice what we should have ready in case of being asked.

The process was seamless. We had enough advanced notice to ensure team scheduling was considered. When necessary breaks outside of the planned windows were needed, they were accommodated.
