Janae was very professional. I admire how she was able to navigate the requirements or our industry. I expect she has to deal with a wide range of different workflows, technologies and products but she was able to understand and adjust very quickly.

I began the internal audit not sure how best to answer questions, and fumbled a few answers, and Janae was able to guide me and others into solid strategies for how to answer. The education she provided regarding the strategies for answering were very helpful and empowering, and I now feel ready for the external audit, whereas I didn't before.
