I had an excellent experience. This is my initial experience with applying for ISO 9001:2015. My representative (Murphy Shaw), was extremely helpful as well as a wealth of knowledge. His patience and instruction were critical to my ability in getting ISO 9001:2015 certification.

The Core process and Compliance Platform is an extremely helpful resource but the assistance we received from Bruce is priceless. We hit a couple of snags during the audit process due to the unique nature of our business but Bruce was awesome - he was there every step of the way and helped us see it through to successful certification. I'm not sure we would've made it without him.
