Norm was a great consultant! The only reason I did not give 5 stars was more that between the consulting and the internal audit, I did not feel that I was prepared as to what to expect for the external audit. But otherwise, Norm has been a tremendous help!

CORE was tremendously helpful in readying our organization to undergo the ISO certification process.
