I had a great experience with Kaitlin. She was always available to answer my questions and guide me. The only thing I would change is when you do the videos. Sometimes we would do something and then I would watch the video later that explained what it was and why. It would have been helpful to switch that order. I would have had different questions that way. The positive is that Kaitlin was always there to help me.

Good experience. Bruce was really knowledgeable and helpful. Whenever we had questions, he was there during our weekly meetings or would promptly respond to emails. I do wish we were given more help determining the environmental compliance requirements. I had a hard time getting into contact with the right people.
