From the beginning of our project with CORE a plan was developed to achieve Certification. That plan was executed seamlessly with the excellent Consultant assigned (Kate Behr). Kate guided through each step of the project with weekly meetings and homework. The homework was an excellent way for us to learn and implement the Standard clause-by-clause. I am SO glad that our company chose to do 2 In-person visits during our ISO 9001 certification process. Meeting Ms. Kate in person and walking through our shop together was AMAZING. Getting to physically sit down with our consultant and work on some templates was actually so much fun. The structure of the training materials and the value of the provided templates was excellent! Kate was phenomenal.
