Josh Moore was very thorough, kind, patient, and helpful. He was honest about the things he didn't really know on a technical level in regards to some of the core platform issues we ran into and gave suggestions on how to reach out for help. He was also knowledgable in the standard and gave us a heads up about the climate change clause which we didn't know about.
