The process was seamless. We had enough advanced notice to ensure team scheduling was considered. When necessary breaks outside of the planned windows were needed, they were accommodated. Tracey was extremely helpful with identifying areas where the new standard would affect our current system and offered ways to satisfy the requirement.

Tracey was extremely organized, which is crucial when auditing to ISO 27001. She was also well-prepared, having reviewed documents in advance. As a result, she kept the audit moving.
