Wait was way too long. There were 2 patients ahead of me. After they were taken back, it was another 25 minutes until I was called back. I waited another 55 minutes to be seen by a nurse practitioner. Awful. Patient and medical person interaction was 4 minutes.

Very unprofessional service I had ever , brought my daughter- 18 months for her urin test. Before I went there I called n ask couple of times they said yes they can get it done.after 2 hours waited they said they can’t do anything here. Since I went there my daughter was crying a lot and my wife was tired of carrying on her arm. They do not care if you are dying worst health treatment in Michigan . Do not visit there or will have to regret it.

Waited 40 minutes, what’s the point of an appointment. They should tell people ahead of time that there will be be an hour wait no matter what.

Don’t come here if you’re overweight. Apparently they can’t do anything if you’re too big. Felt very much fat shamed. Plus they looked like they were ready to go home because it was close to 8pm. But even tho they couldn’t assist me I’m very sure they’ll find a way to bill my insurance. Never going to Corewell again.

Doctor was great, thorough and explained every question we had. We checked in at 11:30, waiting in waiting room for 45 minutes. Once admitted, nurse did a strep test. We literally waited in the room for one full hour before hearing or seeing anyone.
