Went in with a sinus infection. All that was done was a covid test and pushed me out the door. Called back later to see about medicine for the sinus infection and I was informed that they don't proscribe medicine until symptoms have been there for 14 days. Unable to work with this pressure. Will not come back to this location.
I did not appreciate the all about covid agenda. I came in for help with fluid not draining from my ear canal only to have your "provider" try to coerce me into a covid test. When I refused the staff became rude and unfriendly. I also did not like the "providers statement of "We don't want you wandering around getting ppl u like sick" ...there was certainly no need to imply I hadn't taken anyone else's health into consideration and the statement was unnecessary, insulting, and extremely rude. No one told me the password for the lab results when I left, and it wasn't in my release paperwork. The receptionist couldn't help me when I called the next day, and the paperwork wouldn't download from MyChart. The receptionist said "the password is literally in your release paperwork, and you have to call MyChart about those issues".
I was taken into my appointment 1 hour past scheduled time. There was hardly anyone else in the waiting room.

The receptionist was great, that was it. I sat in an empty waiting room for almost an hour before the receptionist took me to a room. After sitting in there for almost 40 minutes with no one coming in, the doctor stuck her head in the door to tell me that another patient was snuck in ahead of me and she would be with me shortly.
