Great got me right in and diagnosed me, sent prescriptions to pharmacy and I was on my way all within 40-45 minutes
My nurse was rude making disrespectful comments

Should shut off appointments if there are walks in. Was there for 2.5 hours! Receptionist was not nice to deal with she was rude The doctor and nurse were very good. When you really sick it’s bad to wait that long.

Only one provider on staff, was there for 3 hours, provider on paperwork was not the provider we saw. receptionist was very kind.
Wait time was two hours. Only one provider working. Total time over three hour, mostly waiting. They asked us what pharmacy we used and when they closed an hour before they brought back prescriptions so pharmacy was closed by then. Did not offer to get them there which I didn’t know you could until after. Receptionist was very kind and friendly.
Many avoidable mistakes were made during my visit on July 16 at 8am: - Was not notified that I was receiving a prescription. No information was given verbally or in print-out. - Prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy, 35 minutes away. - Due to lack of prescription info, was unable to get prescription transferred Was not initially given info about return-to-work date. Came in with a respiratory issue. Tests ruled out Covid, flu, and pneumonia. Spoke briefly with a PC? She listened to my lungs and left the room. It seemed like I waited a lot between seeing anyone. When she returned, she gave me discharge papers and a scrip for an antibiotic. Having a viral infection didn’t seem necessary to get this kind of scrip. I had to ask for an inhaler, otherwise, I left with nothing to treat the symptoms of my health issue!.
