7am scheduled appt. Prompt, attentive, professional. I’m sorry I don’t remember the names of the staff that helped that day. Male medical asst and physician. The nurses at check in very friendly and all the staff we welcoming. .

My visit to the Corewell Health Urgent Care was as usual, great. The staff, starting from the person who checks you in, all the way to the Physician were professional, prompt, and attentive. When it comes to Urgent care this is the only place I come to for care. I have recommended this facility to everyone who has needed an Urgent Care, and asked me an opinion on one.

Check in was quick as was the nurse taking vitals. PA asst was in after Covid test completed and gave me the diagnosis of the flu. Very good experience.

Wait was’t to bad about 1/2 hr or so. Chris was very nice he did vitals and cultures. Didn’t get PA’s name but he also very nice. Gave me result's of cultures . Told to follow up with Doctor. Ladies at front desk were Great.
