The staff was just amazing from the time we came in to the time we left they took care of my son with smiles and reassurance that he will be ok I truly loved the staff thank you so much!

The only thing I don’t understand, is why we have the option to make an appointment if we don’t have an appointment time when we get there? The urgent care was very busy. There were people coughing all over. They did not make anyone wear a mask however I felt that the NP I saw was professional. She listened to my symptoms and I thought she was very good.
