I was greeted by two lovely ladies and offered help to fill out the paperwork. The level of concern in one of the ladies eyes was overwhelming I’ve never experienced that level of kindness before. After I was lead to the back the nurse asking questions was very kind and patient waiting for my answers. When the PA arrived her level of professionalism was amazing and like the staff I had dealt with earlier her kindness was amazing. Everyone in the office demonstrated kindness and professionalism in dealing with my concerns. They were great listeners, did a thorough job of explaining what needed to be medically done from x- rays to a tetanus booster, to antibiotics. Amazing care… Amazing facility. I highly recommend.

Had severe shoulder, neck and arm pain. They ruled out a heart issue with EKG, and determined to be muscle strain. I received two shots one for pain and one for steroid along with a prescription. The Urgent Care at Hall Road and Tilch was A great experience and will be our choice in the future for emergency needs.. I highly recommend this facility and nurses. I feel much better several hours after the visit
