I had made an appointment for the second opening of the day, arrived 15 minutes early for check-in and ended up waiting 45 minutes while others went ahead of me. I felt betrayed because I was under the impression that when you had an appointment at a certain time and you were there you would be taken at that time. I was seen by James Wood. It was not on your list of assisted buys. He did an excellent job diagnosing, and explaining things to me I was very happy with his care. He explained things very well.

Nurse practitioner was very thorough and explained everything to me. She was spot on with my symptoms and prescribed various medications for them. Thank you Tammy!
