I came in needing stitches. The receptionist promptly helped us and was friendly. The facility was clean. We did not have to wait long and we were called back. The medical assistant was very knowledgeable and good at her job and friendly. The physician that helped me was extremely nice and had a great bedside manner. She was very good and I am very happy with my stitches.

Our experience at Beaumont Urgent Care (Big Beaver - Troy) was everything that we needed it to be, under our specific circumstances. The facility is a conveniently located, free-standing building with adequate signage and street-level visibility. It is accessable from both Big Beaver and John R. roads. NP was giving freak weirdo / I literally was like yeah my cough is like productive and green and he was like I don’t care about the color I was like damn dude just thought you were a doctor thought you’d want to know my symptoms lolllllll then he refused to give me antibiotics or help me in any way saying they’ll just give me a yeast infection and diarrhea which was so effing weird because I’ve never had either of those from antibiotics but he was making huge rash generalizations - that was absolutely the most wild weird urg... read more
