I came in needing stitches. The receptionist promptly helped us and was friendly. The facility was clean. We did not have to wait long and we were called back. The medical assistant was very knowledgeable and good at her job and friendly. The physician that helped me was extremely nice and had a great bedside manner. She was very good and I am very happy with my stitches.

Our experience at Beaumont Urgent Care (Big Beaver - Troy) was everything that we needed it to be, under our specific circumstances. The facility is a conveniently located, free-standing building with adequate signage and street-level visibility. It is accessable from both Big Beaver and John R. roads. The actual visit was fine but my issue is with the clinical notes. I am fully aware of my weight and I understand it’s important medically to state whether the patient is obese or not, but I feel it was completely unnecessary to type the word “obese” in red lettering. Feels like a slap in the face and also had nothing to do with why I was there. If the word was in black letters (like the rest of the clinical notes) it would not have upset me AND it would provided the same amount of information that was needed.

The Dr I saw was so ignorant, I just couldn’t imagine her telling me I had positive pregnancy test even after I told her am not sexually active my husband passed away 2019 , she has in her notes am sexually active , what ignorant person does this , she mis diagnosed me Already even before she could send me medication!!, the worst urgent care around, Dr Mody , you can do better , I made you aware that my husband passed away and never been involved with anyone and you wrote the opposite!!.
