I had an appointment for my son @ 5 pm Saturday evening. We couldn’t see the doctor though waited for 3 hours . We got the response only 1 provider was there. We didn’t get any clear communication from any of the staff members. I spoke to the provider, very rude , not caring that I brought my sick son with abdominal pain they made him wait for 3 hours. The actual visit was fine but my issue is with the clinical notes. I am fully aware of my weight and I understand it’s important medically to state whether the patient is obese or not, but I feel it was completely unnecessary to type the word “obese” in red lettering. Feels like a slap in the face and also had nothing to do with why I was there. If the word was in black letters (like the rest of the clinical notes) it would not have upset me AND it would provided the same amount of information that was needed.

The Dr I saw was so ignorant, I just couldn’t imagine her telling me I had positive pregnancy test even after I told her am not sexually active my husband passed away 2019 , she has in her notes am sexually active , what ignorant person does this , she mis diagnosed me Already even before she could send me medication!!, the worst urgent care around, Dr Mody , you can do better , I made you aware that my husband passed away and never been involved with anyone and you wrote the opposite!!.

First time went for poison ivy exposure, got medication, then it got worse. Went back again( had to pay again) got different kind of medication, got worse. I ended up going to the emergency room. I was told that the dose that I got was not the right one for that, that’s why it got worse. I paid in the front desk both times, but days later I got a bill asking me to pay 44 more. Why I was not told when I was there? I didn’t like that.

Do not let the patient wait up to 1.5 hours inside…22 minutes the nurse didn’t show up after the help button was pressed.

Acted as if it was nothing and I was making it up. When I was telling about the pain in my ear, chalked it up to drainage with no real explanation for the draining or the fever that I had.

Saw the nurse practitioner and she told me that what I thought was wrong! Didn’t try and diagnose anything else and then she left! I’m not really sure what I am going to pay for!

They did nothing for me. Told me since I had an appointment with a doctor the following day to follow up with him. So I'm paying my copay for nothing!

You schedule an appointment for a time spot thinking you will see someone in a reasonable time from that time slot. But in all reality you don’t get in to see the doctor until an hour and 45 mins after you arrive. I was about to leave.
