Visited Beaumont Urgent Care for drug reaction, the staff at front desk, the nurse & the doctor were so helpful, listened to my concerns & fixed the problem and answered to all my questions so patiently. Even they made follow up call to check how I was doing.

Please explain to patients, before they go back to see the doctor and spend money, that they are unable help with urgent mental health crises. It was not a fun or advantageous experience to have to talk about and re-experience the panic and crisis only to be told there is no help to be had and to call a referral that can’t see you today. The only other offering was to go to the ER.
