The staff was very attentive to my needs and health history. From the ladies at the front desk to Matt. Sophie and Dr. Harne. The facility was very clean and bright. The ambience is just as important as the pills and shots. I am 70 years old and my experience with your team was the best urgent care ever!!!!! I won't mention names but who wants to be sick and go tona dirty urgent care a d risk getting sicker.

Front desk personnel was kind and patient regarding my hearing impairment. Facility nurse and doctor were kind and informative regarding my symptoms and process for PCR testing and feedback.

Very pleasant and professional. Had a bit of a wait, but it was worth it! The NP was very nice and explained everything and the nurse who took care of me was very sweet. Came in as would have to wait almost 2 months to see my ENT. Problem couldn’t wait two months but not warranting an ER visit, and so glad I came here. Within 2 days I was back to normal . Will return again if needed. Typical of the Beaumont System-knowledgeable, professional, and very caring staff.
