One other person in the waiting area when I was called back. Was given a COVID test and Flu test, was told it would take 10 minutes and the DR will be in, I sat in the exam room for 50 minutes before the DR came in. Examined me for Sinus infection symptoms and was told it was a common cold, he can prescribe me nasal spray instead of a steroid pack to get better faster. Showed up after work in my scrubs. I work at the Hospital. Got me in fairly quick. MA was good and friendly, also did my x ray. Waited way too long after the x ray to get out of there. I already had the results emailed to me and I had to get up and start walking out on my own. Staff were standing around and eating snacks and had to jump to attention when I was leaving. Never saw the Doc, nor received instructions, not that I needed them but that was unprofessional and disrespectful to an employee
Waited an hour and a half for a doctor to come in for literally 30 seconds not examine me and tell me to use a Netipot for 3 days. Went in for dizziness and a head cold with plugged ears.

Went for blood in my urine, unfortunately my issues were more than they handle so went to the ER.

The NP didn’t do a thorough examination. She looked at my eye ( chief complaint was eye infection) and said I will be right back but she never came back. She sent someone else to give me the discharge paperwork without addressing my concerns or questions.

$200 hundred dollars on a Covid test is ridiculous
A 3-1/2 hour waiting time is Unacceptable.
My wife went to Beaumont urgent care in Troy last Friday evening with my son and it was the worst experience that she had in a medical facilities in her life! My wife and my sick kid was mistreated from the beginning to the end of the appointment. My son is 5 years old, had high fever, was coughing and vomiting and we as parents were really concerned with him. She had not slept well for the last 3 nights, so she was scared and really tired. I was asked by the doctor to call back later in the day to update my condition… I tried repeatedly to call but was put on hold each time and the call was never answered
