I am so glad I went here. I verified that there was an x-ray machine before attending and actually secured an appointment which made things go very quickly. Staff and PA were very kind and made explained my diagnosis and next steps.

Everyone treated me well. My male nurse was pleasant, answer my Questions and took care of all my needs. He was wonderful, there should more like him! I think his name was joey or something that stared with a J. They took me in right away but we had to wait a long time for doctors and results.

Reception was great- smiles, pleasant and inviting. Nurse could use some training on politeness. Not welcoming toward patients, seemed annoyed in every interaction, would ask a question but then cut you off mid -sentence. Sour look on her face throughout. Maybe she was having a bad day. Hope tomorrow is better for her. Doctor was very professional, thorough and caring. Seemed genuinely empathetic and concerned. I will recommend this urgent care to family and friends. Speedy process and all questions answered.
