Staff greeted me when I arrived. Checked me in and was shortly brought back to a room. My situation was assessed and addressed. Everyone was friendly and attentive to my needs.

Other than a long wait before the doctor came in everything was fine. I then realized when my appointment got going that Dr, Meng is very thorough. She listened to everything I said and repeated back to me what she heard me say. At that point the wait time became insignificant .
