I was greeted immediately by two friendly ladies at the check-in area. All staff were friendly, professional and efficient. I was in and out in 30 mins.

Went to Beaumont urgent care in woodhaven with what I thought was an ear infection. Nurse Practitioner ( Ashley) after examining it stated it was completely clogged with wax. Said this happens frequently. Had Assistant Desiree washed it out With warm water and peroxide. It took her quite awhile but she was persistent and did an amazing job!!! My ear no longer pops, hurts or feels clogged. Great job Desiree and Ashley’s diagnosis snd mannerism was phenomenal! Susan
