The Ortiz team helped my wife and I buy an investment property. They made the process easy and any issues that did come up the team was quick to notify us and manage so that it didn’t impact our closing. Overall a great group to work with and will definitely come back when we are ready to purchase again!
Angel is just an all around good guy. Worked us through the entire lender process, gave us his cell, answered questions any day of the week, any time of day. Went above and beyond to iron out last second hiccups being the day after a bank holiday. He gave us options for less down, or more down and a better rate. Def recommend Angel when it comes to dealing with the headache that is the money side of the home buying process.
