She was extremely helpful and talked me through the process as a first time home buyer. She was always available to talk, text, or email to answer any of my questions and to sit down and look at the different loan options and determine which one was best for me. I was able to get my questions answered even when it was after normal working hours. Each business took the time to educate us on the process and expound upon any questions that arose. Each business had a tool that showed us each competitors rates - including the local banks.
