Honestly, if it had not been for Sally Bailey, I would not have purchased this home. They picked up the slack from the real estate agent and answered all my questions and concerns putting me at ease. Our experience with Sally was the very best we have ever had. We have purchased and sold 8 homes and this was by far the best service we have ever received. Sally was exceptional to work with! She was so quick to respond to any emails I sent, even on weekends, which I didn't expect, and even when she was out sick--she let me know who was covering for her so I would know what was going on. She allowed us to set up appointments for my husband and I to meet with her and very patiently and clearly explained everything we didn't understand. She was pleasant and personal but still professional.
