I was provided a capable and polite technician. His work proceeded quietly, expeditiously, and unobtrusively. When it came time for interaction and explanation, his approach was entirely Informative and appropriate. I never felt he was “up-selling” more product but was merely explaining the rationale for other potential options - only some of which I chose and which he implemented seamlessly. Couldn’t be anymore satisfied with my new home security system. John and I went over different packages they offered and he explained each one, very patient and straight forward. His technician Keenen finished off by installing our system and explaining how everything worked through out the way, answering any question we may had. Both of them were very professional and I would highly recommend.

Chris the install guy was great he explained the system and showed me where i could have upgraded several pieces of the system. While dis not do the full upgrade package i was very pleased with his complete understanding and his explanation
