I was provided a capable and polite technician. His work proceeded quietly, expeditiously, and unobtrusively. When it came time for interaction and explanation, his approach was entirely Informative and appropriate. I never felt he was “up-selling” more product but was merely explaining the rationale for other potential options - only some of which I chose and which he implemented seamlessly.
