Jake, the technician that installed and set up our ADT system was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Like me, he is a Veteran and we got to swap war stories. He also came by to get our Nest camera back online after I installed my main Wi-Fi gaming router. I highly recommend him.

It was an easy, no pressure experience from initial contact through installation. My salesperson, Mauro, was friendly, personable and was able to shoow me the value of the system without trying to scare or pressure me into the sale. He was thorough in walking around with me so I could show him the areas I wanted covered. Then when Jake, the installer, came he too was pleasant and considerate of my home. He did a great job explaining how the system worked and is maintained. I have been very satisfied with this experience.
