The ADT installer was great. He answered all of the questions we had and kept us informed the whole time. He was a pleasure to work with and have in our home.

The system was set up with what we asked for, plus additional packages were shown. We were also informed we could make our own package. Everything was explained and our technician was sure we understood. He did not have an item and told us he would come back with one and we made another appointment to do so. He followed up on time (both times) and was courteous, respectful and personable.
