My technician Justin Ammerman did a great job and took time to help me understand how to use the alarm system and was very thorough and efficient.
So very pleased! The sales rep, Tina Smith, was kind, patient and answered all my questions - she did not him-haw around and provided me with straight forward answers. I have told several people about the great job Tina Smith provided and hope that many more will experience her knowledge and pleasantness as she explains what she can offer. The installation Tech, Justin Ammerman, also did a great job. He provided a very detailed explanation on each of the components installed. Great job!

I had a very good experience with ADT. I appreciate the working with Harry to come up with the deal but working with my installer was great. Chris walked me thru everything including a security review of my house in addition he went over a couple of things about equipment that was never discuss and made me aware of the pros and cons of what I was purchasing - i ultimately made a couple of upgrades to what I decided on solely after talking to him about these pieces of equipment.
