Didnt ensure back door sensor worked correctly before leaving. Came back and replaced it and left the other part on my dryer. Everything else was great.
The sales team was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and accurate in pricing the services. The install team, Craig, worked diligently to take my old configuration and make it work.

Chris the technician was pheromonal. He knew exactly what I needed, explained everything in simple terms, was patient with me as I was working and taking meetings during the process. His recommendations made sense and the timing as well as access was spot on.
