I got a roof installed. On the back side of the property there is a problem with the roof. I called and set up an appointment. The appointment was missed, and no one contacted me. I called back and talked to the representative. He promised he would call me back in one or two days; and set up another appointment;however, another appointment was not set up. They were all polite and it didn� t interrupt our routines at all with having a baby to keep on a schedule. Everyone was nice, thoroughly explained everything, flexible, and willing to make sure the projects were completed the way we liked. They didn� t do just our gutters, they also replaced our roof. It is amazing how quickly it was done.
