Margie and Elliott Ortiz, I had Install America replace my windows (5) they were pretty old. 3 of their installers came one was named Jeff there was another gentlemen and young lady. Excellent workers. Although it was a rainy day they stayed and got the job done. They were all very respectful of my property, cleaned up any mess they made. they made sure they only walked on the rug because of the rain. They were very pleasant. this is our 4th project (kitchen remodel) with IA, they have always done a great job for us. will continue to use them on any future projects
Love my new windows ! Had all the windows replaced in my mobile home that I recently purchased. They still had the 40 yr old original windows, which were basically storm windows on the outside and inside of the home. OMG what a difference. The windows are looking so good and I can open them ! Great installers and great company to work with. Do not hesitate to recommend them and I can be stingy with my recommendations of companies.
Our installer, John was very professional, friendly and did a fantastic job on our son's shower. We are all very pleased with the results.
If every INSTALL AMEIRCA'S representatives and Employyes are like Tyler M you have it made. He was my representative, he went above and way beyond his job yesterday. I found myself in trouble yesterday(I hope he doesnt get flake) one of my chickens was under my steps. He removed board so I didnt have to crawl unde the entire porch to retrieve her and her eggs. and then replaced. I would have been a tight fit which is difficult foe as im 74. Just wanted to put in a good word for a great guy who took time with an old vet
I have an older home and its siding was in bad shape. Joel and Jeff got it covered in 4 days and they were old school professional. When I say it was done perfectly, I really do mean it. They cleaned up their mess daily, they were respectful of my shrubs and plants. This house is tight and sharp now. I wish everyone who needed siding could have this company and these guys work for them.
On June 15 & 16, 2022, John & Jack did an excellent job removing the bathtub, tile & other old parts with skill; clean-up was thorough. Installation of the step-in shower, seat, doors and new handlebars was done with expertise. The men were polite, professional & respectful to everyone including our dog. B. & N.T.
