On time for estimate. When they put the windows in they were very polite and as unintrusive as possible. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.
Wasn't crazy about sales tactics used by window companies - they all seem to be doing the same thing... give their best price the day of your quote & you have to decide to take it or leave it before even getting quotes from other companies. Salesperson was great to work with & he met my price for a whole house install. Four man team completed 13 window install in one day (about 10 hours) & all work was done from the inside of the house (12" of snow on ground).
