Wasn't crazy about sales tactics used by window companies - they all seem to be doing the same thing... give their best price the day of your quote & you have to decide to take it or leave it before even getting quotes from other companies. Salesperson was great to work with & he met my price for a whole house install. Four man team completed 13 window install in one day (about 10 hours) & all work was done from the inside of the house (12" of snow on ground). great price, great salesman - no pressure, etc. - still waiting for installation due to custom-shaped windows. After a VERY long wait, my new patio doors and trapezoid windows were finally installed in February (promised before Christmas). It was well worth the wait. The installation crew were friendly, courteous, and worked hard in the cold to complete the project. They worked as cleanly and efficiently as possible; cleaned up all mess.
