great price, great salesman - no pressure, etc. - still waiting for installation due to custom-shaped windows. After a VERY long wait, my new patio doors and trapezoid windows were finally installed in February (promised before Christmas). It was well worth the wait. The installation crew were friendly, courteous, and worked hard in the cold to complete the project. They worked as cleanly and efficiently as possible; cleaned up all mess. the gentlemen who installed my windows were very knowledgable and very efficient. They were quite careful to keep all their mess outside, which they cleaned up completely at the end of the job. i would recommend them to anyone.
