The initial response from Install America was quick and they were very courteous and knowledgeable about their windows. However, once the contract was signed, they no longer maintained contact and it was up to us to call to ask when the window measurements would be done and after that, we had to call to ask about a timeframe for the installation. siding was done in a professional manner however was not pleased in the lenght of time it took for instiallion I was told it would be completed my the end of April 2009 it was not installed until the sencond week in june. As far as the guttering and downspoots the workers left nails and old brackets laying around and the roof of my sun enclosure was littered with nails and old brackets. the siding crew did a great job in installing and clean up
