The company is very professional overall. The Sales Rep was very detailed in explaining the product. The initial consultation was 2 hours. He explained things and showed us samples of our product in comparison to others out there. Once we signed the contract and got approval from our homeowner's association it was only about 2-3 weeks until the windows were manufactured and ready to be installed. Due to a morning meeting at the factory they were late in arriving but with that said they worked through lunch and completed the job as promised. They cleaned up after themselves and were accomdating to my requests to put drop cloths down to protect my flooring. Windows look great, very nice employees, would highly recommend this company.

The initial response from Install America was quick and they were very courteous and knowledgeable about their windows. However, once the contract was signed, they no longer maintained contact and it was up to us to call to ask when the window measurements would be done and after that, we had to call to ask about a timeframe for the installation. In addition, the installer did not have the paperwork for the Manufacturers Certification Statement and several calls had to be made to Install America to make some progress toward ... read more
