My first appointment went smooth from start to finish.
April is great. She always makes me feel comfortable and she does a excellent job.
As a new patient, I was pleased overall with my 1st visit. Robin was friendly at the front desk, Janelle was friendly, attentive and willing to listen and answer questions during my cleaning & evaluation. Dr. Sydell was also friendly and welcoming. I am glad to hear the practice is expanding.

I am and always have been extremely pleased with my relationship with Mercer & Sydell Dental. This past weekend as we experienced the snow storm Jonas I received a call from Robin to let me know that there office would be open on Monday so that I could drop off my upper plate for repair.
