I was very touched with the hasty response to my phone message. Robin could not have been ANY nicer talking with me and detecting my anxiety. Telling me to just come on over and I would be worked in was wonderful. Excuse me for forgetting the young lady's name that worked with me there but she was super in chatting with me and getting me ready for Dr. Sydell. Yesterday I went in to have a cavity filled and a second tooth prepared for a crown and have a temporary crown placed. Everyone in the office was very friendly and professional. The procedure was started on the scheduled time and I was done in the scheduled time frame. I requested that no Novocain be used and the work was done with no pain to me.

I was very pleased with everything
Everyone was really friendly patient and genuine. Everything was explained very well.
My 87 year old Mother is a new patient at Mercer Dental, they replaced a lost filling in a front tooth and repaired and filled another tooth in one visit, it looks great and was painless. I was very pleased with the staff, everyone was so friendly to my Mom and very accommodating to me.
