I was a little apprehensive since this was a first for me. Laurel did a great job and it was a much better experience than expected. Dr. Sean did pretty good with the novocane too.
Listened to what I had to say. Did not blow me off. I ended up with an extraction. Now all the pain is gone. Am glad I came to this practice.
I am a fairly new patient and so far every experience has been excellent , the staff is great to deal with
excellent, thorough, professional. Lauren was very efficient and provided excellent RX as well as explanations. Dr. Adam was 'real' engaging me in my treatment options and the best course of action. The Office staff took the time to discuss my billing and insurance and was very pleasant. I am the 4th of my family to use your practice and I am bringing my grandson next! My first visit to Mercer and Sydell Dental was an absolutely super experience. It all began when I made my phone call to schedule the appointment--the receptionist was such a delight to interact with--her people skills are just wonderful.
